WHAT IS THE SWAP/NO SWAP OPTION?

If you have never used Equine Fusion Hoof Boots or have chosen a size using hoof measurements then we recommend selecting the "Size Swap Option". With this option, we will exchange Equine Fusion Hoof Boots for an alternate size of Equine Fusion Hoof Boots if they are returned to us within 7 days in a brand new and unused condition (clean) providing you pay all additional shipping costs. This option is available at time of purchase only and when purchasing a pair.

The "No Swap Option" is if you have used Equine Fusion Hoof Boots before on your horse and if you are 100% confident that you are purchasing the correct size for your horse. The No Swap Option means we will not swap if the boots are the wrong size, shape and will not refund the boots unless there is a manufacturing fault. We don't recommend this option for anybody other than those that know for certain what size Equine Fusion Hoof Boots their horse needs. This option is available at time of purchase only.
