Australian Shipping

Australian economy shipping is FREE for all purchases (unless otherwise stated) when your order on the website and the order totals over A$350. Economy shipping has a target delivery of 4-8 business days. Very remote areas may take longer.

We use a combination of shipping carriers depending on the items we're shipping and destination addresses. Our shipping partners include Australia Post, TNT, FedEx, StarTrak and DHL.

Some of our products ship from our Sydney NSW warehouse and some ship from our Christchurch NZ warehouse. Target delivery times are the same for items that ship from either warehouse.

Economy shipping

If your order is urgent, we recommend you upgrade the shipping method during the checkout process. Targeted delivery for this express service is 2-5 business days. Cost for the upgrade is calculated based on weight and will be displayed during the checkout process when selected.

International Shipping

Yes, we can ship goods anywhere in the world - but please contact us for prices and details.

GST

All prices displayed on the website include 10% Australian GST.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards through our secure payment gateway or payment by direct credit to our Australian bank account (Westpac).

Returns

If you have a problem with any of our products, please contact us immediately so we can try and work something out. 

We are not obliged to offer a refund if you place an order and later change your mind about a purchase.
